1. Introduction of Product
PVC profile production line is mainly used in producing PVC profile, multi-hole cable duct (4-hole, 6-hole, 7-hole, 9-hole option). According to the different sectional drawings and molds we can choose different conical or parallel twin screw extruder and provide relative vacuum sizing tank, haul-off, cutter, stacker auxiliary equipments. The capacity of main by our special up-down technology with the advantages of stable working, good reliability, heavy traction, etc. The vacuum sizing tank adopts special extra-big whirlpool cooling system to satisfy the cooling, shaping and high-speed extrusion. The moving speed of cutter and drawing speed keep synchronous with PLC controller, reasonable design, running stable, auto fixed length cutting, assembled swarf suction device. According to the different molds, the vacuum sizing tank can adopt 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m, etc. If we use parallel twin screw extruder it will be suitable for high speed extrusion of the profile.
2. Quick Detail:
This production is used to produce PVC door/window profile, elbowboard, the decoration panel, multi-hole wire- through pipe and other profiles. It main contents Plastic Loader, Extruder, Mould, Vacuum Calibration Table, Haul-off, Cutter and Stacker. It can produce different sections and thickness of profile by changing the type of machine and mould.
After the line add or replacing the different spare part, can be produced plastic steel window profile, pinch, plate, window sill, siding plate, corrugated sheets and wpc of floor, fences, door panel, door pocket, lines etc.
At present WPC extrusion line has two ways: one step way and two steps way: one step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product, two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product. The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, wearable and anti-erode, featured in good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving and wood powder and the other wooden fibre can occupied high quantity as 50-70%. This equipment is an ideal choice for customers who want to produce wood tray, indoors and outdoors floor, fences, warehouse plate and outdoors decorative material and so on.

The main extruding machine adopts special-designed screw, barrel, mould, Equipped with the auxiliary machineries, it could produce the PP/PE/PVC wood-plastic products, It’s a new environment-protecting product, which combines the wood powder and plastic powder at a certain percent. After the high temperature and mould extruding, the wood and plastic composites and becomes the final products.
8. Commercial Terms
1.Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2.Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3.Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
